Log in: I didn't receive OTP code in my email.

If you haven't received your account confirmation email from Yoma Car Share, here are steps you can take to resolve the issue:

1. Check Spam or Junk Folder.
2. Resend OTP.
3. Verify Email Address.
4. Contact Support.
5. Whitelist the email from Yoma Car Share.
 

Follow below steps for the "Resend OTP" process:

  • Wait for 59 seconds on the OTP page.

  • Click on the "Resend OTP" link.

  • The OTP will be sent to your Registered Email.

Make sure that your email provider has not marked Yoma Car Share emails as Spam. Add our email address to your contacts or whitelist to avoid having future emails filtered.
