To cancel a reservation on Yoma Car Share, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Upcoming Reservation section, find and select the reservation you want to cancel.
2. Look for the "Cancel Reservation" option and click it.
3. Choose the cancellation payment method.
4. If the cancellation payment was not successful, there will be a cancellation invoice inside the customer Profile -> Payment -> Other invoices.
5. The customer will not be able to another reservation unless the cancellation payment is settled.
6. If the customer made a pre-payment for the reservation, the pre-paid amount will be refunded depending on the conditions.
