- If you encounter an unacceptable condition with the vehicle you reserved, you can document it by taking images and informing us through the "Check Car" option* on the Yoma Car Share website or app.
- In case the car you reserved requires unexpected maintenance, we may have to temporarily remove it from your reservation. Our team will make every effort to return you to your original vehicle, but if not, we'll provide a suitable alternative. We will notify you via email if a new vehicle is needed.
* Note that the "Check Car" feature is disabled 60 minutes after your reservation time.
