Extra Driver: What is the required information to be an extra driver?

A person may apply to be accepted as a Yoma Car Share Driver by applying online or on paper.
An application to be a Yoma Car Share Driver can only be accepted if:
1. The applicant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions;
2. The applicant completes all parts of the application forms that Yoma Car Share deems required information.
3. The applicant agrees to provide his/her information and that all information provided is true and correct.
The Account Holder/Driver must provide Yoma Car Share with correct information when applying to be a Driver (including, without limitation, the Driver’s name, address, age, and driving history). It is the Account Holder’s and/or Driver’s responsibility to update Yoma Car Share with any changes to this information during their membership.
