Fuel Policy:

• We rent our trucks/reefer trailers with a full fuel tank.
• Before returning, please top up the fuel tanks.
• If the tank is not refueled, we will charge the cost of fuel plus a refilling fee.

Return Location:

• Drop off the vehicle at one of our Rental Hubs listed on the website.

Vehicle Condition:

• Remove all trash and personal belongings.
• Ensure all windows are tightly closed, the engine is stopped, and the lights are turned off.
• Securely close and lock all doors and windows.
• Leave the keys inside the vehicle.
• End Trip Confirmation:
• Log in to your account on our website and click the “End Trip” button to confirm the return.

Additional Notes:

• We cannot take responsibility for any forgotten items, as a new renter may take the vehicle immediately.
• For trailers, ensure all rubbish is removed before returning.
