About PLUS+
What is PLUS+?
PLUS+ is a lease-to-buy program that is designed as an exclusive employees benefit scheme for the employees of partnered companies. PLUS+ allows the employees to purchase products and services through monthly repayments deducted from their salary at a fixed term.
Who is eligible to apply at PLUS+?
A person must be a permanent employee of the onboard company and the length of employment at the current organization must be at least 6 months.
Which products can I order at PLUS+?
There are thousands of products and services provided by the distributors in Myanmar which you can choose from varieties of categories - Electronic Devices, TV & Home Appliances, Fashion, Sports & Lifestyle, and many more can be explored and ordered in PLUS+ Lease to Buy Program.
How can I install PLUS+ application?
You can install PLUS+ Application via Google Play Store, App Store and Huawei App Gallery.
What is the minimum device OS requirement to use the PLUS+ application?
Minimum device OS requirement for Android is 7.0 & above and iOS is 12.4 & above. Please note that devices that are rooted/jailbroken, running in simulators, or installed from unofficial stores may not be compatible to use the application.
Account Sign Up & Login
I forgot the password to log into my account. What can I do?
You can reset the password with phone number by clicking on “Forgot Password?” button in Login page. Please enter your new password after OTP verification is successful.
How can I login to the application?
You can login with your registered phone number and password set when you sign up.
How can I register account if I am a new user?
You can register account by clicking on “Sign Up” button in Login page and you can sign up with NRC or Passport, Phone Number, and password.
I can’t register my account and I’m unsure about my record at my organization, what can I do?
Please note that you can only activate your account if your NRC/Passport number matches with our record. If you are unsure about your record at your organization, please check with your respective HR personnel.
How can I access to the application if I am an existing PLUS+ user from old version?
You will receive temporary password SMS and Email to login. Once you have received and logged in with temporary password, please make sure you reset your password to protect your account security.
What is Face ID Authentication and Fingerprint Authentication?
These are Biometric Authentication methods, that are easier, safer, & more secure to access your PLUS+ account. You can enable them at Account à My Profile à Biometric Authentication – Face ID or Fingerprint by turning on toggle button.
Making an Order
What documents are required to submit for making an order?
An ID-Selfie and a signed agreement contract are required to submit for making an order.
What is an ID-Selfie?
ID-Selfie is a photo of you holding a valid government issued NRC or Passport and the photo must be clearly taken and must be legible.
How can I sign the agreement contract?
You can sign the agreement contract digitally via PLUS+ application while making an order.
How can I make an order if my salary doesn’t meet with the minimum salary required?
If your salary doesn’t meet with the minimum salary required, you can make a deposit from 5% to 70% of the product price.
How can I get my ordered product(s)?
You can collect the product(s) at your selected pick-up locations provided by our Merchants with your original NRC and PLUS+ mobile application profile within 3 working days
I keep some items in my shopping cart for about 1 or 2 days. When I go back to my shopping cart to order them are changed? Why?
Please note that our Merchants may update the prices regularly based on the market rate, and if an item has been in Cart for too long may reflect the price changes. Please verify the total amount before you click “Order Now”.
Why do I need to verify Yoma Bank Payroll Account?
If your organization has chosen to use Yoma Bank Payroll services for salary deductions, you will need to give us consent to check your Yoma Bank Payroll Account Number before Checkout. Without this consent, we are unable to process your order.
If I don’t give you my consent to check my Yoma Bank Payroll Account Number, what will happen to my order?
If you don’t give us your consent to check your Yoma Bank Payroll Account Number, we will be unable to process your order.
Payment
How can I pay the down payment?
If you chose the down payment option, you must pay the selected down payment amount via WavePay or Bank Transfer before the order collection process.
I’m having issues with down payment via WavePay. How can I make payment?
Please make sure you have enough balance in WavePay wallet before payment and try again after 10 minutes of the first down payment.
How can I make payment via Bank Transfer for the down payment?
You can make payment via Bank Transfer by uploading bank slip. Bank details are provided in your order status. Our internal team will review your payment and keep you updated for status via application.
I have made a down payment via bank transfer. How can I check my payment status?
You can check payment status via "Accounts" >> "My Orders" with respective order details and payment information including payment status.
Are there any administrative fees?
Yes, there is an administrative fee. The admin fee will be collected with the first repayment, and it is non-refundable regardless of the duration of the lease to buy program.
How can I make monthly repayment?
We only accept the monthly repayment through the salary deduction by your HR personnel or payroll service deduction through Yoma Bank.
Where can I check the monthly repayment invoice?
You can check and download your monthly repayment invoice via “My Orders” >> “Active Orders”.
How can I make my early repayment?
You can make Early Repayment via “My Orders” >> Active Orders >> Early Repayment. We accept WavePay and bank transfer and we don’t charge you any penalty charges for the early repayment and there is no reduction in service fees for early repayment.

How can I know my order status?
You can check your order status via “Account” >> “My Orders” with respective order details.
I have active subscriptions; can I make a new order?
If your salary meets with the total minimum salary requirement, you can make new orders. Please see the total minimum salary requirement on the check-out page.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel the order if the order is at Pending status. We recommend you to carefully check the product and the minimum salary requirement before you make an order.
My Account
How can I change my PLUS+ account password?
You can change account password via Account >> Change Password menu.
How can I change my employee information in PLUS+ application?
You can request to change your employee information via Account >> My Profile by clicking “Request to Update” button. Our PLUS+ team will reach out to you.
Merchants
What merchants are available on PLUS+ and how can I see the list of available merchants in the application?
We have varieties of merchants on PLUS+ such as Samsung, iSure, Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo, Cherry Oo, Sweety Home, Toshiba etc. and you can check all the available merchants in “Account” >> “Our Merchants” menu and see the available products under each merchant’s store.
Where can I see the merchant’s contact details in the application?
Go to “Our Merchants” in Account menu, choose merchant, click the logo of the merchant and respective merchant store page will be displayed with available products, merchant contact information and inquiry form.
