1. Corporate Company Address Request to Update From User Side

   • This release ensures that corporate customers are able to update the company address from the corporate plan.

2. Profile Address Update for Approval Pending User

   • This release ensures that an approval-pending user is able to add the address from the user profile as before.

3. Membership Image Upload check

   • In this release, we have limited the extension version for the Membership Image Upload.

   • The allowed file extensions include .JPG, .JPEG, and PNG extensions

   • The restricted file extension includes: .HEIC

4. User Image Upload File extension from admin

   • In this release, we have limited the extension version for the User profile image upload.

   • The allowed file extensions include: .JPG, .JPEG, and . PNG extensions

5. User Terminate/ Approve and Verify

   • We have enhanced the system to be more secure in the user status change processes.

   • This can be tested by changing the user status from Approve to Terminate or Pending to Approve.

   • The user must be able to be verified from the admin backend with no issue as before.

6. Exchange Rate Negative value not allowed

   • We have limited the input value of the exchange rate.

   • The exchange rate must not accept the negative/minus (-) in the input field.

7. Reservation Archive Process Permission

   • We have also enhanced the permission processes of the system.

   • The admins with archivable permission which include "view-archived-reservations" and "manage-archived-reservation" will only be able to access the archived reservations.

8. Notifications Permissions

   • We have also enhanced the permission processes of the system.

   • The admins with notification-related permissions which include "view-notification-setting" and "manage-notification-setting" will only be able to access the custom notification setting and the related action.

9. Fuel Claim Approve/Reject Process

   • We have enhanced some security systems related to fuel claim approve/reject processes.

   • The admins must be able to approve or reject the fuel claims as before.

10. Rent checklist file extension

• • We have limited the extension version for the Rent checklist image upload.

  • The allowed file extensions include: .JPG, .JPEG, and .PNG extensions

  • The restricted file extension includes: .HEIC

11. OTP verification from frontend

• • We have added more security systems to the OTP verification system.

  • The user must be able to complete the OTP verification process from the Frontend Website with no issue.

12. Refund Upload Permissions

• • The manual Refund List import feature is not enhanced for security purposes.

  • The admin must be able to import the manual refund upload only if the admin has permission.
