There are only two steps required to create a complete account.

Level 1

The first step is pre-registration with any phone number, called Level 1. With Level 1 access, you can browse the app and view financial plan, but you do not have full access to apply for loans.

Level 2

To upgrade to Level 2, you must provide general information such as Name, NRC, Date of Birth, and an ID Selfie. A Wave Level 2 Verified account is also mandatory. Once all information is verified by Better, you can log in with your Level 2 registered phone number.

If you are still at Level 1, please use your Level 1 phone number to log in.
