Pick up the car from your chosen rental hub within one hour after your reservation start time. If you don’t pick-up within 1-hour, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. When you pick up the car, please check the car condition for any existing damage. If you find any damage, please inform us via Check Car feature button in your Current Reservation tab through Yoma Car Share mobile app. The Check Car feature button will be disabled once after 1-hour of the reservation start time.

When the rental vehicle needs to refuel, you can do so at Denko, Max Energy, PT Power, BOC, and 360 Petrol fuel stations with the fuel card/book provided in the glove box of the vehicle at no charge. If you refill at other fuel stations, you can claim your expense amount via Fuel Claim feature by uploading fuel receipt image with a valid amount in your Current Reservation tab through the mobile app.

If you have an accident, call our 24/7 365 Hotline 09YOMAFLEET (09966235338) immediately. Then, take pictures of the accident before moving the car and submit the Damage Report in your Current Reservation tab through the mobile app. Please be aware that if you don't inform us of any accident or damage, your insurance coverage will be voided automatically.

When you drive with us, you are covered by our partnered insurance policy if you hold a valid Myanmar driving license. If you hold an International Driving Permit or ASEAN Driver License, you are fully responsible for any accident. However, if you are found to break any traffic violations, there will be no insurance coverage. Some damaged items are not covered in this policy, and please check the details in our terms & conditions or check with us at our Hotline.
