What are the primary differences between the Web and Mobile versions?

  • The Web version is designed for operators to create/import orders, plan routes, monitor execution, and generate reports. 
  • The Mobile version is for couriers to track their assigned routes, update order statuses (confirm/reject), and communicate with the operator via chat.
